Game Jam Theme: Roll a dice

Group: Handley, Daniel, Vinh, Khrist, Kelly, Blake

Engine: Unreal Engine 4

Game Description: Wave survival game. The room walls represent the dice’s sides, and each side of the wall can be changed by pressing the “Reroll” red button in the middle. The number of difficulty range from 1 to 6, from easiest to hardest. Difficulty on the walls will change every dice roll. The nature of the game is to be balanced, if one side is at a difficulty of 6, the opposite side must be at a difficulty of 1. The game features 6 different guns, four changeable walls each with 6 tiers of difficulty, and a mystery gun box.

My role in the team was to design and program systems for the game, such as the randomized 3D dice and item spawner based on the probability stats of the player.

The goal was to create a 6 sided dynamic environment that changes according to the dice roll, therefore changing difficulty.
